Reason for the pickI'm switching to value from growth in the foreign developed-market ETF because the former is beginning to outperform growth, as it usually does except in bear markets. I'm not using leverage overseas because the only leveraged foreign ETFs are very new and thus untested. They are also leveraged three times, adding another dimension of risk.
